ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: ​

• Security deposit $500 and is returned within 7 business days. Security deposit is due 1 day before stay.

• Payment Schedule: 50% deposit of rental fee due at booking. Balance, security and cleaning fee due 30 days prior to stay. Security deposit is due 1 day before stay. 

• Pet friendly ($50 each/2 maximum)

• Cancelation Policy: 50% refund for cancelations received 30 days prior to check in. No refund for cancelations within 30 days of stay unless rebooked at the same rate.
